Great halls for quieter students
So the halls in general were a lot quieter than expected. Being the naive first year I was, I expected the halls to be as lively as the rest and it had its moments, but it didn't suit my vibrant personality, perhaps as much as Purbeck, Lyme Regis or Cranbourne would have. The common room was available for hire reguarly and the staff both night and day were an absolute highlight of my stay, very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The halls were very quiet when I needed to get work done with large doors, enclosing the ensuited rooms. The kitchen was shared with 5 other tenants and was in a great condition. There were no issues with the room or kitchen throughoyt my stay and there's a building wifi that was very good as well. The halls is also the cheapest of the larger uni accomodations, except for the student village. The building was also in a fantastic lansdown area, above co-op and the bus stop couldn't be more than 150 yards away for the 10-15 minute bus ride to the Talbot campus.
